yay! thanks for all the updates - it's good to hear from you. We had a big storm last night in the cities, our house had hail that was a little bigger than golf-ball size. It was VERY loud pounding against the house, and we opted to come downstairs for a bit while it passed. The ground is now nice and green though, not from the grass deciding to come back, but from the blanket of leaves that fell :)

Thanks again and we can't wait to hear from you again soon! Mom lets us know each time you call her to chat, so that's cool too.

Love,

Hello, great to hear from you. We are all well here--survived the wind storm of 10 days ago. We were with out power for 3 days. Many trees came down in the area, several on our street and also on Almond (one block north). We lost 1/2 of the white pine in the back yard and a big branch from the silver maple in the front. The picnic area at Como lost about 15 trees, so sad. It was fortunate it was not any closer time wise to the State Fair as they have time to clean up and fix roofs. We are all well. Sonny has been very spoiled with us--blankets to snuggle in and bonies to eat, life is good but I am sure he misses his "Mom and Dad". WE finally have been getting rain. SE MN got serious rain and flash flooding. I am sure trout fishing won't be the same down there for awhile. As I am writing this there is a news conference to announce they have just recovered the last missing person from the MIss. river--13 confirmed dead, amazing it was not more. Things have been hopping here, a nice calm fall would be nice. Take Care, much love and hugs. Teri
